Add items to your cart, go to checkout, and choose or enter your shipping address. Confirm the order to get your order number, then you'll land on the payment page to pay.

We use PromptPay. Scan the QR or copy the payload, transfer the exact amount in your banking app, then upload the transfer slip. SlipOK verifies it automatically – if it can't, an admin reviews it shortly and you can upload a corrected slip anytime.

Orders hold your stock for 15 minutes. If payment isn't completed in time, the order is cancelled automatically and the stock is released – just place a new order if you still want the items.

Pre-order items reserve stock from an upcoming shipment. Each shows an expected ship date and the remaining quota. You pay via PromptPay like any order, and we ship as soon as the wave arrives at our shop.

It stays one order with a single payment, but ships in two waves: the in-stock items go out first, then the pre-order items once they arrive. Each wave gets its own tracking number, so you don't wait on the pre-order to receive what's ready now.

Sign in and open Account → Orders. Each order shows its status – pending payment, payment review, paid, partially shipped, then shipped – with a tracking number per shipment, so a split order lists the in-stock and pre-order parcels separately.

Standard shipping across Thailand, free over ฿1,500. Below that, the cost is calculated by weight at checkout. In-stock orders are handed to the courier within 1 business day of payment.

If a product arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes. We source only from official distributors or verified suppliers. We don't sell counterfeits – full stop.
